Range of the Torqeedo Ultralight 1103

Travel time and range depend on the battery. In an example with the Travel 1103 and the 915-Wh battery, we have the following readings:

At half power, the pleasure of sailing lasts for about 4.5 hours on the water with a cruising speed of 7.2 km/h and a range of 32.9 km.

If you plan longer and more comfortable tours on the water, you will even get a lot further with less power. With 1/4 of the power, a speed of 5.3 km/h was reached for 9 hours. All in all a range of 48,5 km. And that with only one battery charge.

Boat range information

In displacement mode, the required power increases exponentially. If you want to double your speed, you need eight times the power. At the same time, you can increase the range enormously during your excursion if you reduce the speed a little.

The included charger has a power of 90 watts and is suitable for sockets between 100 V - 240 V and 50 Hz - 60 Hz. The charger takes approximately 10:15 hours to fully charge the Travel lithium battery.

Torqeedo is German manufacturer and market leader in the field of electric boat drives. The idea for Torqeedo was born on Lake Starnberg due to bans on combustion engines. Boat motors with electric drives, on the other hand, can be used without any worries.
