Delivery conditions
Delivery is made against payment via PayPal, prepayment (via bank transfer), credit card (Mastercard, Visa, etc.), Klarna and Sofortüberweisung. Payment options vary depending on the country of delivery. You can find the payment options before checkout and at the bottom of the website (icons).
Please check with your bank about SEPA bank transfer. This is cheaper and especially fast as a domestic bank transfer.
Freight and delivery charges
If we deliver outside Germany, further costs may be incurred in individual cases, e.g. import duties, which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs of monetary transactions (e.g. transfer fees, costs for foreign currencies) or, in the case of deliveries outside the European Union, import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties and import VAT).
Shipping times
Orders of immediately available items are usually shipped on the same or following business day. Note: In case of an increased order situation, the delivery time can be approx. 3 to 5 working days. When ordering by prepayment (bank transfer), the shipment will be made after receipt of payment. Depending on the credit institution, the receipt of payment of a bank transfer can take 2-4 business days.
After shipping, we send an e-mail with the shipping confirmation and the associated tracking link, if the shipping service provider provides one. DHL, GLS and DPD need about 2-4 business days for delivery within Germany, for deliveries to Austria and Switzerland about 3-5 business days. Other EU countries it is usually 5-7 business days.
Revocation and shipping
If you revoke the contract, we will refund you all payments, including delivery costs. The consumer is generally responsible for the return shipping costs. For this purpose, we will issue a separate invoice or you can arrange the shipping yourself.
Another exception are additional costs that arise because you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. Please ask for the costs of freight deliveries in advance, as these have to be recalculated daily.
