Range of Aquamot Electric Pod Motors
Ride time and range depend on the boat and the battery. In an example using the Trend 1.6 with 1,600 watts and the 640 Wh battery, we have the following readings:
- Under full load the electric motor lasts approximately 25 minutes.
- At half load, the driving time with the same package already increases to 1.75 hours.
- If you are planning longer and more leisurely tours on the water, you can even get significantly further with less power. At partial load, this combination achieves around 4.5 hours of cruising time. And that with only one battery charge.
