Range of the Cruise 10.0 T from Torqeedo
Travel time and range depend on the boat and battery. In an example with the Cruise 10.0 T and 2x of the Power 48-5000 battery we have the following readings for motorboats and sailing boats up to 10 tons: <br /><br />If you are planning longer and more leisurely tours on the water, you can even get a lot further with less power. At 1/4 of the power, a speed of 7.8 km/h (4.2 knots) was reached for 6 hours. This gives a total range of 60 km (32 nautical miles). And all this with just one battery charge.

Alternatively, at least two lithium batteries from the Power 24-3500 series can be combined with the Cruise 10.0.
In displacement mode, the required power increases exponentially. If you want to double your speed, you need eight times the power. At the same time, you can increase the range enormously on your excursion if you reduce the speed a little.

The matching charger Power 48-5000 has a charging current of 13 A and is waterproof according to IP 65. The charger charges the Power 48-5000 from 0 to 100% in max. 10 hours. In addition, up to three chargers can be connected simultaneously.
