The new model of the MPower series does not have a direct drive and produces audible noise. The 11 kW outboard motor has a number of advantages over other manufacturers.

The MPower 11 is equipped with a closed liquid cooling system. No water absorption is required in the process and the cooling works excellently even under harsh conditions.

Range of the MPower 11 outboard
Travel time and range depend on the battery. In an example with a 6m aluminum boat (total weight 600 kg) and a 10 kWh battery, we have the following measurements:
→ At 11 kW (full load), the MPower 11 runs for just under an hour at a speed of 24 km/h and achieves a range of 24 km.
→ At 3 kW (1/3 power), the driving pleasure lasts for a 3-hour trip on the water at a marching speed of 10 km/h and a range of 30 km.
→ At 1 kW power, the battery lasts for 10 hours of driving at 6 km/h. In total, up to 60 km are possible with one battery charge. Those who plan longer and more leisurely tours on the water can go much further with less power.
Contents of the MPower 11 delivery
For a detailed overview of all required components, we recommend using our configurator (assemble package).
The price is for the motor including propeller and wiring. In addition, the PDU (Power Distribution Unit), which is the heart of the entire system, is mandatory. You will also need batteries (at least 2x 50 Ah or 1x 230 Ah) from Byotta, as well as the charger, control lever and display.
Information about the battery of the MPower 11
The 48V batteries from MPower are fully compatible and perfectly matched to the 48V MPower 11 outboard motor. The batteries are safe and reliable, and can be placed very individually in the boat. The LiFePO4 batteries have a high energy density with an extremely long service life.
We recommend using a 48V 230 Ah battery. Of course, you can also use several 48V 50Ah batteries for better weight distribution or if the space conditions do not allow otherwise.
