Electric motor ePropulsion eLite with 500 watts of power, suitable for small boats up to approximately 500 kg displacement. The ePropulsion motor has an integrated lithium-ion battery with 378 Wh and can be continuously adjusted.
The motor is height-adjustable and can be used on kayaks, canoes and inflatable boats.

Operation of the ePropulsion eLite
Range of the eLite by ePropulsion
The battery of the eLite lasts for easily 4 hours of driving time under normal use (tested myself!). Depending on the driving style, plus or minus 1-2 hours. It all depends on how heavy the boat is and at what speed you want to drive. Here are a few examples from reality with an inflatable boat:
→ At full throttle, the eLite runs for about 40 minutes and reaches a maximum speed of 7.5 km/h. The range was 5.1 km.
→ At 1/2 power, the eLite achieves a driving time of about one hour and 20 minutes with a cruising speed of 6 km/h - which corresponds to a range of 8 km.
→ Those who plan longer and more leisurely tours on the water can go much further with less power. At 1/5 of the power, you can achieve a running time of 3 hours and 20 minutes at a speed of 4.5 km/h. Overall, a range of 15.1 km with just one battery charge is realistic.
Please note that there is no interchangeable battery. If you want more range, the ePropulsion Spirit 1.0 PLUS is the better choice.

The 378 Wh lithium-ion battery can be fully recharged within 3 hours.
Alternatively, charging is also possible via a 12 V on-board network or with solar cells. The lithium-ion battery can be quickly made roadworthy again.
The manufacturer ePropulsion
ePropulsion is an innovative and very popular manufacturer of electric propulsion systems with the aim of further advancing e-mobility in water sports. The idea was conceived in 2012 by four young engineers in Hong Kong.
