Technical details of the Aquamot Trend 1.6

The motor can be manually trimmed and flipped up. Furthermore, the motor automatically disengages when touching the ground. In addition, the motor can be bolted for theft protection.
100% maintenance free. All Aquamot motors are brushless three-phase asynchronous motors.
Unmatched overall efficiency according to the manufacturer.
The propeller of the Trend series is included in the price.
Flow-optimised drive housing with minimum resistance and optimum flow conditions at the motor and propeller.
Fin with integrated anode protects against corrosion and improves steering behavior.
Aquamot offers many protective functions. Electronic protection against overcurrent, runaway protection, deep discharge, overvoltage, undervoltage and reverse polarity protection.

Range of the electric boat motors

Ride time and range depend on the boat and the battery. In an example using the Trend 1.6 with 1,100 watts and the 640 Wh battery, we have the following readings:

Under full load the electric motor lasts about 25 minutes.
At half load, the driving time with the same package already increases to 1.75 hours.
If you are planning longer and more leisurely tours on the water, you can even get significantly further with less power. At partial load, this combination achieves around 4.5 hours of cruising time. And that with only one battery charge.
