Nowadays, Mercury Marine offers a wide range of powerful and reliable engine types: from 2-stroke outboard engines to 4-stroke powered inboard/outboard drives; as well as electric motorsand drivelines for recreational boats of all sizes and price ranges.

Thanks to the use of cutting-edge technologies and advanced designs, the company always keeps its finger on the pulse. Mercury will launch its first electric outboards in 2023. A total of five electric motors in the Avator series are scheduled to hit the market. The first to appear will be the Mercury Avator 7.5e. In that case, 7.5e stands for the 750 watts of power at the propeller shaft.

In addition to that model, 2 more models are expected to appear in 2023. The 20e with 2,000 watts of power and the 35e with 3,500 watts - each measured at the propeller shaft. Beyond that, 2 more powerful outboards are still to come. It is not yet known which power is coming. Probably 5,000 and 7,500 watts.
