2.5 kWh lithium battery from MPower

The task of the BMS is to regulate and monitor the MPower battery. The BMS protects the battery from overcurrent, overtemperature, overcharging, overvoltage or short circuit.

The batteries should not be combined with electric boat drives from other manufacturers due to the lack of communication. We would be happy to advise you on the optimal concept.

In addition, the battery has the ability to connect up to 4 batteries in parallel.

The higher energy density of the lithium iron phosphate battery is noticeable compared to conventional lead-acid batteries, and the number of charging cycles is much higher.

Batteries from MPower
MPower relies on the lithium batteries of the Polish manufacturer Byotta. Byotta develops battery systems tailored to customer requirements - in this case with 48V with CAN-BUS interface.
There are various battery options. Either several small batteries for an individual arrangement and weight distribution or one (or more) large batteries for boats where weight is not an issue and there is enough space available.
The manufacturer MPower
MPower is a Polish manufacturer of electric boat motors from Szczecin, near the German border. MPower mainly works with brushless synchronous motors.
The motors are very compact and maintenance-free, but they produce quiet but audible noises. The 10 kW outboard motor is the cheapest in its power class! It is optimized for small and medium-sized boats and boat rentals.
